The beginning and the plan.

After a milestone birthday and a low point in my health, I set out on a journey to transform my body and mind. I started with a systems-based, personalized eating and exercise plan that finally worked. My plan began with tiny changes to my daily habits that allowed me to reach my natural weight and optimize my fitness. My blueprint for health can be adjusted for any health goal, though all information is suggestions- seek professional advice from your doctor before making changes.

My intention is to share my blueprint for health with you, and to inspire you to plan, eat, move, connect, and reflect on wellness. I have two goals in mind:

  1. To keep myself on track and motivated, and

  2. To create a community of folks with a shared vision- a plan to live a long, strong, joyful life.

I will be sharing resources such as books, websites, blogs, research, and guest writers’ information to help you achieve your health goals. Let’s embark on this journey together and create a community of wellness enthusiasts!
